Today, my landlord informed me that after 8 months, we are finally getting cable and internet in our house. I move out tomorrow. FML

But what you weren't informed that it's a special Cable and Internet set up by your landlord. All channels and websites just go straight to a video of him playing with himself in a meadow.

Some landlords don't want to allow all the drilling and holes in walls needed in order to install a high speed internet connection, cable TV, etc. Without that connection set up in the building, you can't just buy internet on your own.
