You don’t need to pay when they haven’t provided the service you asked for and if they refuse to budge on that take photos and post it on the business social media page (if they have one). They’ll delete it quickly but that can sometimes be enough

I would not pay a penny. The girl should be the one paying the bill. She messed up royally. I can't believe the owner would expect you to pay at all. Forget that noise

When yo don’t get what you ordered you don’t have to pay. In this case OP doesn’t need to pay anything. The salon might even be liable to cover any costs OP incurs to “fix” their mistake.
