So....you got monkey in you? Because only mokeys would flip shit...unless you plan on staying single for the rest of your life....which you probably are already.

I agree too!!! go without him, maybe he'll get mad and move out, sounds like the easiest way to get rid of a deadbeat, then you can find a real man.

Exactly! Sounds like hubby is pulling some passive-aggressive crap because he wants out. Go & have fun with a friend or you will always look back, once divorced, and wish you did!

yes cause it was totally her fault he wasn't organised and didn't get his passport ready and make sure he knew where it was. If it meant that much to him I'm pretty sure he'd of put the effort in to make sure he was well-prepared and organized. Hmm.

agreed. I'm not even married but my girlfriend knows enough not to trust me with things like remembering passports. If I had a big out of country trip planned with her, she would be on my ass about the passport months before the trip. OP doesn't totally deserve it but it's not all on the husband either. Marriage means you work together and that's why her marriage is falling apart.

how can you even try and blame her even the slightest bit..it's his passport hence it being his responsibility to take care of it..she's his wife not his mother!

Actually I believe ops husband would be the type of man you are referring to, at least 44 acknowledges what he can't do and he is honest about it. His gf knows, if she doesn't like it, she can leave him. Marriage isn't forced upon women anymore, you always have a choice...

I agree with 44 as well, not everyone is perfect The FML doesn't hint that the husband isn't willing to do his part either Everyone has faults ~ just help him look for his passport. Flipping out won't make the situation any better.
