It's sad neither of them can't use Google correctly. You can find the nearest Apple store on Google. Give them a call and bingo, Apple support. I'm sure they can help with iTunes seeing as it's their business..

Seriously? The post was about an iTunes support number. There is no iTunes support number. 800-273-2275 is AppleCare, not iTunes. Also, they are open 7-10 central, not 9-5.

Some parents just always need to be right. Although to be fair, iTunes has always had fucked up policies. I remember you couldn't have an account without a credit card, and you couldn't use your iTunes card without an account. Which kind of sucks when you're 14.
