Doesn't matter, either he's young adult and acts childish, middle aged and acts childish, or old and acts childish (though he probably wouldn't be doing somersaults then), his age doesn't excuse his foolish actions. Unless of course he's 12 years old, but then OP would be a pedophile which is frowned upon in most societies.
