So your friend is a bitch and you were dating an asshole? Karma will get them. Be glad you got him out of your life, you don't need someone like that. As for her, you don't need a friend like that either. She was your "best friend" and she went after your boyfriend? Unacceptable.

I'm going with YDI. Why? Well, what kind of bestfriends don't talk about who the other likes? I have a girl-bestfriend, and we talk about that a lot (no, i'm not gay, by the way.) Seriously, how did you not know? I understand what your "bestfriend" did may not be a nice thing, but you should have asked her who it was instead of blindly encouraging her to "go after the one she likes." She went after the guy YOU encouraged her to go after. Sorry, not much sympathy here. By the way, lots of hating towards the guy. Hey, what would you do (to the guys. Mostly.)? Not like he cheated on her with her bestfriend. Then, I'd have less sympathy towards the other two.

Do you actually think that if she had asked her friend who the guy she liked was, that girl would've admitted it was him ? Come on, now ! I think OP probably did ask her who she liked, but as a good friend, she didn't force her to say it.
