Same thing different taste

Today, I was working a kid's birthday party dressed as a clown. The child's mother made me change because he was scared of clowns. The only thing I had in my car was a princess costume that was owned by a girl co-worker. So for 4 hours I had to entertain in a tight pink dress. I'm a guy. FML

Today, I forced myself into work with severe laryngitis. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, except I work at candy and ice cream store at a major tourist destination. For seven hours I had to communicate with unsympathetic adults and screaming, bratty kids by miming and using a dry erase board. FML

Are they allowed to? Most companies aren't allowed to use Disney in advertisements without written permission from them. They can get sued if they don't have it. I live in Orlando and it happens frequently down here where companies get sued for copyright infringement or false advertising violations.

If you're not up for crossdressing, you might want to suggest perhaps dressing as Kristoff instead? I mean, I'm all for breaking strict gender roles and all, but if you don't want to, you shouldn't be forced to. It'd be a drag.
