Play it cool: Be witty and calm about it. "Yeah, I stalk your Facebook, i even have it bookmarked so you're only a click away. It's a guilty pleasure, more pleasure than guilty." Use it as a chance to flirt, not just let him think you're creepy. Move his tag to a different spot on the picture(breasts, crotch, heart), and ask why he chose that, to tease him. Think on yo feet, woman! =) Use it to your advantage.

also the fact he was looking at her pictures. If he hadn't of pulled up that picture (because obviously you wouldn't be able to tell just from a little preview) he never would of saw it. He may be as into you as you are him. Funny how things work out that way.

only me who gets the pictures in resent posts? only me who think that its a slight chance he saw himselfs thinking "oh thats me!" and tagges himself? people do tag themselvs if they like the picture, even how little they are in it. dont actually have to be creepy or stalkingher. no? noone?
