Nows the time to take him to Court, you have been nice about it and he is being a jackass so get the courts involved, he will either be so scared he will pay properly or he will end up paying through the nose after a court battle.

My dad did that to me and my sister and he lives in switzerland so we couldnt even do anything about it. International lawyers cost more than the child support. So at least you got something. Every little bit helps.

Sue him my mom did that and after he went to jail for a few weeks after he didn't pay he started paying the 2,000 dollars he was supposed to pay
