Today, I had to tell my daughter that just because markers say "washable", it doesn't mean that you can draw all over our newly-painted walls. She's 15. FML

Should use the markers to draw over her phone's screen

I fail to see why a 15-year-old would do this...

I sure do hear a lot about teenagers doing dumb things you'd expect only a little kid to do on FML. Maybe they're not growing up too fast after all.

Unfortunately you see stuff like this from people in their mid 20's on this site as well. Check out texts from last night as well. It's frightening they act like middle school kids except now they can legally drink and don't see how they are doing anything immature or it's a bad idea. There is going to be a big generation of adults that a lot didn't mature much past 21.

Give her a bucket and a scrubber and have her start washing, that will teach her.

Still a little kid at heart...a really little kid

After many day care and babysitting jobs I know for a fact that washable markers DO wash off of walls and pretty much anything else with soap and water. Get scrubbin'!

Hope you used a glossy paint.. then it would be rather washable. Otherwise make her paint over it.

What was she drawing may I ask?

All you need is a Magic Eraser. Those things clean just about anything.
