Today, I found out that whenever I send my son to his room, he goes on his iPod and buys the most expensive apps he can find. So far I've been charged $600. FML

Well take his ipod and don't give him any money till the 600$ are paid off. Can parents not raise their children anymore, that's just sad.

a smart kid would have bought them and then deleted the purchase history on iTunes leaving phantom buys on you bank statement... deny all knowledge of the apps and delete them after his grounded ass beats the game or whatever he's doing...

There is a lock on iPods that don't allow purchases to be made...... you should look into that. or just take it away completely.

Yeah, sending your kids to their rooms doesn't work cause that's where their toys and gadgets are. Mum used to make me sit on the stairs.
