Yes, because the opinion from one BF3 fanboy is going to matter. Listen, I play BF3 too. But people like MW3 because it's fun and different than battlefield. Battlefield is more about teamwork. Modern Warfare is more about fast paced, solo, adrenaline rushed games. You can't compare, or claim one is better than the other. They're both different. You should shut up.
