Today, I finally got the courage to ask out the guy I've liked for a long time. He's a cashier at a grocery store. It was about 1am and I was his last customer, everything seemed just right. Just when I was about to ask him to the movies, a drunk girl stumbles in and asks him out. He said yes. FML

HAha, gotta agree with EcoDreamer for the most part. It does seem strange he would say yes to a random drunk girl, but maybe he knew her from somewhere else, or maybe he was just humoring her. I've humored old men who've come in and joked about taking me out on a date (I'm 24). He may not have taken it seriously. Still, sucks that you got beaten to the punch. Heck, give it another shot. Who knows what happened to the other chick.

okay two possibilities: 1. he knew the drunk girl and they had a history, in which case theres nothing you can do about it 2. he was playing along with the drunk girl, in which case you have nothing to worry about or adding a third: 3. hes a tremendous fckhead in which case hes not worth your time

Clearly he is easy and his 'drunken female' relationship won't last long. This says little for him in the way for a meaningful relationship - but I'm sure it you're after a root he will be game. Ask anyway, if you so choose.

@Everyone This i guess is a really shitty false tale.......First of all what grocery store(or any shop of any kind) remains open till 1 am(I mean in India..specially haryana)...... And a drunken girl comes in..etc.....does not seem remotely close to real.....I just guess you got drunk while posting it.... F Ur L (lolzzzz)
