Today, I discovered that the word 'randy' means 'horny' in England. I'm going to England next semester to study abroad. My name is Randy. FML

We aren't retarded. We use the word horny a lot more. Randy is a dying word over here.

When I was in England, the name Lou seemed to be very popular. It has a little tinkle to it.

Go by Rand. It's not super uncommon, and it doesn't rhyme with candy or mean horny. Everyone wins.

Make the last name Ayn and it's a clever pseudonym!

I see slaps, miming, and Really good sex with rebound women in your future Also, the English aren't stupid. I doubt they'd miss understand "hi, I'm Randy, what's your name?"

But if it bothers you, get a nick name

Wow, so many people saying OP should just go by Randolph or other male names. OP is a girl, so I think it would be pretty weird to go by Randolph! Btw, I know females called Randy or Randi, so I don't really see the problem. Never met a man called Randy. I guess it all depends on where people are from. Like in my country, Kim is a very common male's name, but not many girls are called Kim. Same with Renee.

Sounds like a stripper name, or maybe an ice cream flavor, but I'm too lazy to google.
