Today, I applied for a passport. I was told the first set of photos I took were unusable because my face, particularly my chin, didn't fit inside the designated area for your face in the picture. My chin did fit in the frame, my double chin however, did not. FML

Today, I picked up my passport, as my previous one was damaged in a car crash. As the teller warns me that a pattern of damaged passports will result in longer processing periods, she spills her coffee - all over my new passport. I'm supposed to go overseas in a month. FML

Today, I was getting my picture taken. The woman taking it told me to smile, so I did, showing my teeth. She said, "Please, be serious about this." Slightly offended, I smiled with my mouth closed. She then said, "If you can't be serious, we won't do this." FML

Today, yet again I got delayed in airport security. One month ago, I thought it was a good idea to wear make-up when renewing my passport. It turns out I look nothing like myself without makeup. Hello shattered confidence and 5 years of needing to wear makeup for every flight. FML

Today, I was at the Apple Store taking random pictures of myself. I took one with a really stupid face. This girl passes by and says, "Wow, that's a cool effect! You look just like an alien!" I wasn't using any effects. It was a regular picture. FML

Today, I received my employee ID, which I have to wear at all times at my new job. The only problem is that in my photo, I look like a donkey having a seizure. Customers keep snickering at it, and my boss thinks I posed like that deliberately. FML

#27: Stereotypes suck. Us English are known as posh snobs that drink nothing but tea and have bad teeth. And Americans are known as lazy fatties. It's really rare to find a good stereotype about a country :/ You're not alone, basically. It sucks. But we trundle along :) I don't like our stereotype but I still find jokes about the English on Family Guy and the Simpsons funny :) Ah well. And OP, that sucks. Maybe you could go on a diet? It'll make you feel better xD

Ignorant fools. People doesn't deserve to be berated because they're fat. I'm sure half of you 'You deserve it, fatty' posters are tubs of lard making themselves feel better because you can hide behind your screens. OP, instead of complaining on FML, do something about your weight. You wont get /much/ sympathy here.
