the bracelets i dont think are too expensive but the babies are extremely expensive if she broke it trying to shut it up lol

E-mail the teacher. They probably could help you figure out what to do, and if you had to redo part of the assignment, at least you wouldn't fail completely by not having taken care of the "baby". And I did this in high school, and it wasn't so bad. I just kept the car seat next to me and whenever it cried, rocked it with my foot...worked every time :)
