Today, after having multiple dreams where I have a daughter with my boyfriend, I'm now emotionally attached to a child who isn't real, and I get depressed when I can't be with her in real life. FML

Today, I picked my 12-year-old daughter up from school after her first sexual education lecture. She burst into tears on the way home explaining her fears of being pregnant with her boyfriend's child. As if that doesn't sound bad enough, I've met her boyfriend before. He is imaginary. FML

Today, my boyfriend's mother asked him when we were going to have kids. I already have a daughter from a previous marriage, and that pregnancy was traumatic, nearly ending in my death. Not to mention that due to depression and anxiety, I have put on an unhealthy amount of weight, making pregnancy higher risk. FML

Today, my boyfriend broke up with me after 4 perfectly happy years together. The reason? He had a dream in which his dead former girlfriend from when he was 13 told him she still loved him. He now believes his dead childhood sweetheart is trying to contact him and I'm "in the way of their love." FML

A girl I work with dreamt about her children before she even knew she was pregnant! Maybe it's a sign of things to come! Cheer up and maybe congrats!!!

That's serious, OP. You really should see a therapist. Everyone has fantasies but when they start to affect you in the real world to the point you rather live in the fantasy, you really need to talk to someone.

Know that one - I once had a dream about the little sister that I don't have, and was wierded out for a week. A few months later, I found out that my parents had considered trying for another child who would have been born about same time as the sister in the dream.

I'm 5 months pregnant with a girl and last night I dreamt she was born and she was so beautiful.. i was crushed when I woke up and realized she wasn't born yet!
