Today, my now ex-boyfriend posted a status, ranting about how social media ruins relationships and that you can’t have friends anymore without people “hatin’ and shit.” He conveniently left out the part where he and my best friend were sexting via Instagram DMs and got caught. FML

A part of me, which is extremely petty, would say nothing but post screenshots (cause I’d definitely have some) as a reply. The other part of me, which isn’t as much fun, says to go live your life and forget him. He sounds like a child and is purposefully playing victim here. He’s not a keeper, so why be bothered? Glad you were saved time, which is one thing we can’t get back.
