Today, I realized the only things I do are work and sleep. My only friends are coworkers who I make small talk with. I live alone so I’ve got nothing there either. I can’t remember the last time I felt happy, or spoke to someone. Everyday is just a blur. I have no hobbies, no goals. Getting older is so fun, right? FML

Today, and since I graduated, I've realized how truly lonely I am. I haven't seen my one best friend in almost a year and I only leave the house to go to work. Not to mention I no longer enjoy things I used to love doing, making me even more sad and bored. Social anxiety and depression will do that to you. FML

Did you try making friends where you live? Have you run out of friends or relatives to call during the weekend? If you did, psychologists and help lines (phone or chat) can help. Psys are there to listen to you when no one will. Call now!

Don’t stay home and cry! Go out! Go to a pub, coffee shop, or the park. You won’t meet people staying home. Join a class or club. Smile and be friendly to people.
