Thanks, "Bro"

Today, my brother "pranked" me by dropping my new laptop out my bedroom window. He'd set up a saran wrap safety net below to catch my laptop safely, but he didn't secure it well enough. My laptop is completely fucked and he won't accept responsibility because he didn't mean to break it. FML

Assuming you still live with your parents, just tell your mom or dad and let them deal with him. If they won't do anything then just make his life a living hell.

wax him when he's sleeping, that's what I did to my brother when he did the same thing to the flash drive that had my biology paper on it

Is it possible for OP for get a warranty on the product?

Take his ass to small claims court. Prank this, mother ******

Throw all his shit out of a moving vehicle and then protest that it wasn't your fault as the wind blew it out of your hands.

My little brother did the same thing with my new 3ds last year, it sucks balls

Pranks get so out of hand. I know a friend who was put in hospital with serious back injuries cos his "friends" make a airbag ejector seat. They could of killed him but refused to pay compensation. Sorry to hear about this OP. Hopefully he'll pay for your laptop because there is no reason why he shouldn't.
