Today, I went on a blind double date with my friend. My date was actually blind. Not so bad, he seemed nice, until he told me I sound ugly and annoying. My friend laughed and agreed. FML

Today, I was on the phone with my little sister as she explained that all these guys like her now that she's so skinny and beautiful. My mom must have overheard me tell my sister that at least I was a cuter child, because my mom laughed and said, "Yeah right, we had to buy you fat kid diapers." FML

YDI for lying. My friend signed up for a dating site. He wrote that he was "not that fat" in his description. Yeah, he's been losing weight but he's still very much obese. It's so annoying when people lie like that. It's not like he's not going to see you're fat when he meets you.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Whether you were lying or not, that still really sucks. But I do agree that next time you should leave out any talk about weight: people are jerks, and even if you're the nicest person in the world, if they think you're "fat" or in any way unattractive, they won't hesitate to drop you.

OP I hope you're aware that the majority of those who comment on FML are ultra-critical because insulting people on the internet is like using a giant virtual punching bag. What I'm trying to say is that the pricks calling you names who know nothing about you have serious personal inadequacies to work out, and little sister can be little bitches ;)
