The line about passing a law against them was a joke. I thought it was obvious, but my humor might have been a little too subtle for someone with an unnatural growth of hair on the back of their neck. Kidding, kidding. I fully support your right to be a rat-tail wearer. But I reserve MY right to dislike them and freely express my opinion of such dislike.
