Panic

Today, it's been almost 24 hours since my wife bent down and couldn't get back up. After laying in bed all day in agony with a bad back, an ambulance was called. She still currently can't stand in the hospital. I have two kids to look after and am supposed to be in work tomorrow. I have no idea what to do. FML

call in sick, this wasn't a hard decision. You have a family emergency. You call in sick or hire/find a babysitter.

agreed with everyone else, either call in and tell then you've got a family emergency or find a sitter, does your wife have any close friends that you could call? either way you've got to be the one to take care of things right now and be strong so she can get better.
