Maybe find a different psych ward somewhere else? Like I recognize and empathize that this psych ward made your mental health actively worse, but I don’t think that dropping treatment is going to help you any, you know? Best of luck and I hope things get better

Statistically speaking you are all correct actually being put into a psychiatric ward situation when it is unnecessary will make the patient far more unstable, psychiatric wards are meant for violent and dangerous mentally ill people not people who just need help.
