Healthy hair tips

By EggHead - This FML is from back in 2014 but it's good stuff - Canada - Toronto

Today, I read that egg whites make a good hair treatment. Everything was going fine until, without thinking, I turned the hot water on to wash it out. I'm still picking the cooked egg out of my hair. FML

I can honestly see myself making this same mistake, so I guess I can't judge.

Get a few noodles in there and have yourself a lunch!

someone is a little slow in the head...

Lol, people might think you have dandruff!! Lol

Hey, if you're hungry later you've got a snack...

that's most obvious mistake ppl do.. so can't say its your fault...

Wait I thought the yolk had all the proteins and nutrients that was good for hair :o

They're both good, but if you're going to use the yolk then you should use the whole egg.

It's also got higher calories and fat considering that's the part that lets a chick develop and uses as a food source Til it's ready

Don't believe everything you read on the internet

But your comment is on the internet, so I shouldn't believe your comment.

Am I the only one who is thinking about just how hot that water would have to be to cook an egg? Not to mention that the egg most likely would of rinsed out before it got to the point of actually cooking.

Poor you. Your head must be really sore considering egg whites don't begin to cook until the temperature reaches 160 F. you must have had the shower water on full hot considering most residential water heaters top out at 180 F. either that you are just plain nuts.

I've used the same treatment but it dose say almost every were that you should use cold water

Most major conditioning hair treatments say wash with cold because the hot water can be damaging to the hair.
