Keep going. You’ll get a little further or a little better each time, until you aren’t even out of breath going through it full speed.
OP here and I have to say, I’m really surprised and delighted at all the positive comments! I work at a hospital and spend my time between my desk and running around my unit so I’m fairly active already but wanted to make sure I’m getting enough exercise and getting the rest of my body engaged. I’m a female, mid 20s, 135-140 lbs at 5’6” so I’m in relatively good shape. I just want to take care of my body and would love to build muscle.
but next time you'll make it longer and longer until you do, and then you'll start with longer workouts. just keep going :)

Don't worry. Starting is the hardest part. Just strive for a little more each time :)
Keep at it, you'll get better. The key is to keep at it.
