Some people just shouldn't reproduce.
Unfortunately for those of us with anxiety it happens at the strangest times and it is not always predictable. My fiancé and I have anxiety attacks as well. Most of the time mine have to do with social situations and his are more sporadic than that. He has medication for them, Xanax works pretty good I was on it for a while but my current psychiatrist doesn't want me on anything I can get addicted to, so I'm not sleeping and I'm freaking out but it's okay because I'm not dependent on the drugs.
