Today, it was my birthday. We had a huge family dinner and everyone was invited, including my boyfriend. My family is kind of stuck-up, so I was very nervous about him meeting them. He got into an argument with my uncle over how "awesome" Van Halen is, and ignored me all night. FML

Aerosmith's drummer lives in my town. Granted, he has a way bigger house than I could ever imagine having, but I digress. Had it not been or Van Halen, Aerosmith, etc. we wouldn't have a lot of the music that we do today. What's my point? I'm really not sure.

I think that I'm the only person I know that prefers Hagar over Roth. And only liked David Lee Roth when he was doing his solo project. Lol I've gotten into arguments myself. You know how many times I heard people say "That's not Van Halen anymore, that's Van Hagar, and he sucks, blah blah blah?" I disagree! Okay, got it off my chest!(:

You should have whistled him over and told him to STAY! Seriously, at a very large gathering, if you really wanted your family to meet him then you should be happy. I am assuming the argument was simply a discussion. Given that, I would think that your family would be impressed.
