Today, I found out my daughter got married and didn’t even bother to tell anyone. She just turned up at a family get together with some random dude and introduced him as the guy she married two weeks ago while drunk. They’re now dating to see if the marriage will work out long term. I can’t even. FML

Today, I found out that my estranged daughter has been married for five years. I wasn't told of or invited to their wedding, and the only reason I know now is because she needs money for a divorce lawyer. FML

Today, I found out that my step-daughter, who is 29, still living at home and planning her wedding 2 years from now and who I've completely supported since marrying her mother 16 years ago, wants her cousin to walk her down the aisle and not me. FML

Frankly it sounds like OP is better off not having been involved in that “wedding”. You might want to mention to daughter that annulment is possible at this point… I can barely imagine the irresponsibly of getting married drunk and then “dating” to see if it is going to work out. I hope to God that daughter is on birth control - Because otherwise you are going to have stupid or at least irresponsible grandchildren.
