Authentification required

Today, after registering my cellphone as my secondary authentication device for my campus account, it died for good. Despite still being logged in, most of my college's services are now locked behind a code sent to my unresponsive phone, including the ability to register any new authentication devices. FML

I guess you just don't exist anymore. RIP. We hardly knew ye! Maybe you should call IT on a landline, send them a snail mail on paper, or physically go to the office. I'm sure there's never been a case where a cellphone has been stolen or destroyed -- they'll be amazed at your unheard-of circumstance!

contact your university support. i know for mine, their two factor security rarely works the way it's supposed to do the IT department has its own number for the program. hopefully they can help!
