Today, I caught my dad stealing my money again, after I'd warned him he was on his last chance. I threw him out, since he’s been sleeping rough on my sofa. He reported me to the authorities for "elder abuse" and showed them fresh bruises I know the conniving old bastard gave himself. I was handcuffed. FML

Today, I found out my father has been saving money to help me buy my first car. In the same conversation, I found out my mother, unbeknownst to my dad, used nearly all of the money to bail my drunken, deadbeat uncle out of jail for the fourth time a month ago. He's now back in prison. FML

For me it depends does he live with his parents as an adult but lives off them not paying them rent not paying for his phone internet or cable and not paying for his own food, if he is he deserves it if he isn't then I agree 100% time for a second lawsuit

I'd find a lawyer, sue for both the money and legal compensation. Then slap emancipation in there so you don't have to see that sorry sack of crap again. Only real monsters steal from there children.
