Today, I was having sex with my boyfriend and somehow managed to pull a back muscle. I’ve been naked for 3 hours, scared to move because it hurts so bad. FML

actually something that has happened to me before, thanks to that I discovered an hernia on my back :)

Definitely need to stretch more. Stretch before sex and try doing more yoga frequently to loosen up your joints.

You gotta stretch before sex. It's awkward to get the stretching in on a date, but you gotta get it in, so to speak.

Have your boyfriend take you to the hospital. Ask your doctor about exercises for your back. Feel better soon.
