Today, I pulled up next to my boyfriend at a stoplight. He was in the back of a police car. FML

Today, my boyfriend and I were fooling around in his car when things got hot and heavy and we decided to climb in the back. After we finished we started to put our clothes back just as a someone's brights flooded into the car. It was a cop, and he had been there the entire time. FML
Today, my dad was driving me home and was angrily explaining how my boyfriend was a bad influence and that he was hanging out with the wrong crowd. After finally convincing him to give him another chance, we stopped at a traffic light just in time to see my boyfriend being chased by police. FML
Today, while driving home from work, I saw my boyfriend mugging a woman on the sidewalk. FML
Today, I pulled up to the stoplight near my house. It was dark with no traffic and the car behind me kept edging closer and closer to me. I finally got fed up with waiting and the car and ran it. In fact, it was a cop and he was trying to read my license plate because the back light was out. FML
Today, while driving I saw a police car riding along next to me. Thinking about the news recently, I decided to give him a quick thumbs up and a smile to lighten up his day. He looks back, smiles, flips on his siren, and pulls me over for not paying attention to the road. FML
Today, my boyfriend went to jail for a DUI. In a panic, I rushed to go bail him out. On the way to the jail I was stopped for running a red light. I soon joined my boyfriend in jail with my very own DUI charge. FML
Today, I pulled up to a red light. My ex was in the next car, and my car's windows are so tinted that you can't see through them, so I flipped him off. I was driving my mom's car. FML
Today, I drove my ex-boyfriend home from dropping his car at the garage for new tires. On the way, I drove past my house where my boyfriend was sitting in the driveway ready to surprise me. My boyfriend watched us drive by. FML
Today, the car in front of me was going slow and I flashed my lights and honked. I floored it and passed the car, flipping off the driver. Just as I went around the next corner, I got pulled over by a motorcycle cop. A few seconds later, the guy I flipped off drove by honked and waved. FML
Today, I let my son drive us home. After just 10 feet, he crashed into a parked cop car. It was my squad car. FML

It does suck for him, but I want to know what he did. Plus, Illinois must be a horrible place to live. I mean in almost every update 1 FML is from an Illinois-ian(or whatever you call yourselves)

I call myself an Illinoisian (don't forget to leave off the s sound... ehl-lih-noy-yun, or something like that) As for how we're like.. In Chicago, and a select few others cities, just like every other big city. Except Chicago has more assholes, I guess. Everywhere else (ie: southern Illinois), just like Missouri. God I hate living in southern Illinois, which is sad considering I've lived here my whole life but yeah.... Nothing but country music and ignorance... Though mudding is a good time... OP: I almost hit YDI, but then I realized I don't exactly know the info. Did he lie to you, and he's a bad boy? Or did he get stuck in the wrong place at the wrong time, and it's not his fault? considering there are about 7 billion people on earth. and about 4 billion have internet access (just guessing. too lazy to look up. feel free to call me out on it). and maybe about 1 billion go to fml (again dont know. good guess though huh?). So if its 1 in a million. seems possible that its happening every now and then.

That is in no way a one in a million coincidence. There are a lot of factors that could turn this into a one in ten coincident. Maybe the boyfriend was going to the the OP's house but was stopped because it was past the city's curefeuw(**** i mispelled that bad), i meant the time where minors aren't allowed to walk the streets, and the police picked him up

Well at least he wasn't driving a stolen police car. :P Seriously though, this could have been worse. As long as it wasn't a serious charge, everything should be alright.
