Today, while waiting on the platform, a blind man asked out loud for some help getting into the subway car. I helped him through the doors and into a seat. I decided to sit down as well. Twenty minutes later, I realized I was on the wrong subway line. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I took the subway. The man sitting across from me would not stop staring at my breasts, so when the train came to my stop, I said, "Nothing to see now, asshole." Then I noticed his white walking stick as he got up to get off. He was blind. FML
Today, I was running late for a train and bought a ticket in a hurry. I got on the wrong train, sat there for twenty minutes, and only realised my mistake when the scenery looked nothing like my stop. FML
Today, I was rushing to get on the train to work as I heard the "door closing" beeps. I was about to step onto the train when a man pushed me out of the way so that he could get on. My handbag fell out of my hand into the carriage. I stayed on the platform. FML
Today, I was on the subway when I felt like I was going to faint. I got off the train at the next stop, walked to a bench, but fell over and passed out. When I woke up, I looked around at at least 25 people, who had stepped around me, passed out, in the middle of the platform. FML
Today, I offered my seat to an elderly lady on the subway. She quietly refused. Minutes later on a sharp turn, she almost fell down on two people. As I was clearly the youngest in the disability seating section, everyone on the train turned and glared at me. FML
Today, I got on the subway with a broken leg. A kind woman stood up and offered me her seat. Before I could sit down, a guy shoved past me and took it for himself. The woman and I pointed out my cast and crutches, and asked him to give up the seat. He responded by flipping us off. FML
Today, the subway was extremely crowded and I ended up with my butt in a man's crotch. I kept trying to inch away or turn a different way, but there was no room. He could have turned to face the doors, but didn't. He got an erection. I was on there with him for 20 minutes. FML
Today, I gave up my seat on the subway for an elderly man. He thanked me by grabbing my ass. FML
Today, at the train station a woman's baggage had gotten stuck in the ticket barriers, so I used my ticket to unlock the barriers for her but told her to wait so I could get through too. She didn't wait. And I got painfully stuck in the barriers whilst I watched my train go by. FML
Today, I got on the bus I take every morning and sat in my usual seat. After about ten minutes, I noticed that the route was different and I had no idea where we were. I had been staring at my phone and boarded the wrong number bus without noticing. FML

The great thing about the subway is that all you have to do is get off and head in the other direction. Fabulous invention, really.

If there's one thing more adorable than kittens, it's blind people! No wonder you got distracted -- they're so previous withthe canes and the big sunglasses and the such as! Don't even get me started about blind kittens!

Only half? ;( Jkjkjk! Thank you very much for the compliment. I'm at O'Hare Airport in Chicago, and I just saw two blind people. One was banging her cane impatiently and the other was floundering around with her black Lab guide dog. I just wanted to hug 'em, they were so huggable and lovable! Someone's gonna invent a line of blind dolls and their cute accessories like dogs. They'll become a millionaire and I'll be the penniless Nostradamus ... FML.

Just going to guess that that would be the TTC - How did you get on the wrong line at all? You'd have to be at one of about five different stations out of nearly fifty, AND be on the wrong platform. Or you got on the train going the wrong way. That's possible. I've done that before. FYL, I suppose, but pay attention, mate! They're colour coded for your convenience!
