Today, while skiing, the creepy guy controlling the chair lift said I was pretty. I was so caught off guard that I fell off. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, while skiing down a steep mountain, a man ran over my skis, causing me to fall and roll down the slope. When I regained my balance, I saw the man had followed me just to say "How graceful" and continue on. FML
Today, at a ski resort, I tried to impress an attractive girl on the slopes and failed, horribly. I ended up with a mild concussion and some serious cuts after tripping, tumbling and hitting my head against the ground. I don't think she was impressed. FML
Today, I went skiing. On the first run of the day, a little girl came out of nowhere and crashed into me. I was fine, but she was hurt, so I called the ski patrol. She told him that I deliberately hit her, and got me kicked out. I was there for 10 minutes. I paid for all day. FML
Today, while waiting in line for the ski lift, the lady behind me kept stepping on my skis. Annoyed, I turned around and shouted at her, "Get the fuck off my skis!" Just as the last word escaped my mouth, I noticed that my skis were crossed and it was actually me stepping on them. FML
Today, I was skiing in Vermont for the third day straight. Since I was getting very little sleep, on the top of the chairlift I let out a huge yawn, pulling a muscle in my face. As I slid down the ramp, everyone saw me thrashing my head around and making funny, painful faces as I fell down. FML
Today, I went skiing. Trying to show off to some inexperienced skiers, I flew past them at my top speed, a bracket snapped off my boot and I slid on my face for about 30 metres. FML
Today, I was skiing really fast and there was a sign saying 'Slow Down'. Feeling rather good about myself I decided to jump over the sign. Whilst jumping, however, I caught my ski tips on the sign and went face first into the ground. Hard. FML
Today, I went snowboarding for the first time. I was so scared that I passed out. I was only on the kiddie hill. FML
Today, I was snowboarding when a skier cut me off, resulting in me colliding with a 12 year-old girl. The girl was totally fine, and I was alright except for a slight nose bleed. I apologized to the girl, then her mom hit me over the back with a ski pole as I snowboarded away. FML
Today, I went skiing with a friend of mine. He went first. I heard a loud *THUD* and went to investigate. When I went past him, he yelled, "I ran into a tree. I don't feel so good!" He said it in such a defeated and humorous way, that I crashed into a tree myself because I couldn't stop laughing. FML

Actually, being called pretty is just about the least creepy compliment based on appearance one can receive. Feel flattered! Most certainly not like falling. ^_^

Hmm i guess im confused so either giving a girl a complement makes you creepy or its just gotten waaay too easy to freak someone out these days Just for my own amusement i think ill start being nice to people too just to freak em out haha i wont even have to try to be creepy ill just be like hey your pretty and shes gonna think im a stalker i even have to put forth any effort haha this is gonna be awsome! We better hurry and have our creepy fun payin people compliments while its still legal!

I am a lift operator and I know some of my co workers are very creepy to the point I do not want to work with them.

Might I suggest learning how to take a complement, regardless of the source, with grace? Your body will thank you when it is no longer covered in bruises from falling out of ski lifts.

Those of you judging her for saying he's creepy "because he complimented her" are IDIOTS. She probably said he's creepy because he came off as creepy before he even said anything to her. God, people, use your heads...
