Today, while at work at my grocery store I sold a TON of eggs to a bunch of kids. We joked around that they were "going to bake a giant cake." When I got home I found out someone had egged my house. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my house got egged and since it is the winter the eggs froze. They used two dozen eggs. FML
Today, I was taking a crap in a public stall when three kids broke down the door and pelted me with eggs. FML
Witty, but still…
Today, I helped my neighbor carry her groceries upstairs. One egg carton slipped from my hand and exploded in the sink. She stared at the mess, then at me, and said, “That's my omelet down the drain.” FML
Today, my car got acquainted with about 3 dozen eggs. FML
No yolk
Today, I made scrambled eggs. Returning the rest of the carton, I tripped and spilled 10 raw eggs all over the inside of the fridge. The same fridge I spent 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing every drawer and shelf of yesterday. FML
Today, I came home from work and found my house egged, and bricks thrown through my windows. I called the police, and submitted a report. Later that night, I heard the doorbell ring. Nobody was at the house, but there was a note saying "Sorry, wrong house". FML
Today, I fell down my stairs while holding a carton of eggs I was going to use to egg my ex-boyfriend's house. Karma's definitely a bitch to me. FML
Today, me and my girls went to get revenge on a girl who slept with my boyfriend by egging her house. Her house was too far away so we decided to get her truck. We wasted a carton of eggs on her driveway because we all have terrible aim and look incredibly stupid for missing so bad. FML
Caught in 4K
Today, I went to egg my ex-boyfriend's house, after finding out he cheated on me. I covered his house and car with eggs, toilet paper, and silly string. When I went to get back in my car, my keys were locked inside, the alarm went off, and my ex walked outside, with his new girlfriend. FML
Today, I found out that the loud noise outside my bedroom a few weeks ago was neighborhood kids throwing eggs at my window, landing on the AC. FML

The best part is that you were actually joking with them beforehand.

I feel you, I work in retail and you are not allowed to tell kids that they can't buy something (besides cigarettes and alcohol).

Don't you have to be 18 to buy more than 2 dozen eggs?

Why should cashiers have to monitor what kids are buying? They're not their parents.

could that have been just one big prank: Figure out where one of the cashiers lives and buy eggs from them and egg their house? kids are getting creepily ingenious if thats the case! back in your day im sure you just egged houses randomly like everyone else right? come on, karma man its ok your house still works. they wasted money. and resources! and since karma is law, maybe when they NEED food, it wont be there! think about it. it all evens out.

what did you think KIDS were going to do with the eggs? But at least the store made a bit of money that day which ends up in your salary, so in a way they did pay for it lol

hehe, I was actually guessing they egged something of yours after they bought them.
