Today, things were getting heated between me and the guy I like, and we were about to have sex. I told him to turn the TV off so we can get started. His response? "But I like this show." FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my fiancé and I were cuddling on the couch watching TV when we started kissing. As I crawled onto his lap and started to unzip his pants, he said, "You're blocking the TV." FML
To the end
Today, my boyfriend turned down sex because he was watching TV and wanted to know how it ended. The show was probably ten years-old and on Netflix. He could watch it anytime he wanted. FML
Today, while my boyfriend and I were watching TV, I asked him if he loved me. He turned up the volume. FML
Today, I was watching TV with my husband, and he started getting frisky. When the commercial break started, we started having sex. When he came, there were still two commercials left before the show resumed. FML
Fascinated
Today, my boyfriend and I were having sex. The TV was on with the volume low, as we had been too preoccupied to turn it off. All of a sudden, my boyfriend stopped mid-thrust. He was watching the TV. House MD was on. He'd stopped to watch the differential diagnosis. FML
Today, I felt frisky, so I went over to my boyfriend's place, hoping to have some fun. I brought over a movie, and part-way through it, I started feeling him up. He responded by sighing, "That's really fucking annoying, babe. Cut it out, yeah?" FML
Today, I started undressing in front of my boyfriend. He politely said, "Excuse me, please" because I was blocking the T.V. FML
Spoiled
Today, I finally got my boyfriend to watch one of my favorite TV shows. I was excitedly talking when he interrupted me and angrily said, "Can you stop with the fucking spoilers?" I then realized I'd spoiled half the show. He left to play video games. FML
Moving
Today, my boyfriend and I were hooking up while watching a movie. Just as I was getting really into it, he told me to move my head. He couldn't see the television. FML
Crime is not a crime
Today, I invited a guy over for some quick fun. I had the TV on for some background noise. I couldn't see the TV the way I was facing but he could. I didn't realize until he left that I had a true crime series on the whole time. What bothers me the most is that he definitely wasn't turned off by it. FML

15. I hate to say it, and I try to not be a mean person, but I have to thumb you down every time I see a comment. After I read your profile and saw how little respect you have for yourself at your age, it made me reeeeeeaaallly wonder about having children...not to mention you are not very nice, ever...that I've seen of

42. Ha, haha. I can assure you, nothing about her life choices bother me. I guess I should have clarified that, as I read her profile I wondered, 'Gee, I wonder if her parents know that their fifteen year old daughter has her cell phone number posted on a public forum for anyone and everyone to see.' as I thought further in, I realized they must not, because who would allow their daughter to do this??? I was trying to imply that where our society is going scares me. I should be more specific, and I appreciate you pointing it out. :)

See, these types of civil discussions between rational people are what give me hope for humanity. It really restores my faith in people that the two of you explained the misunderstanding respectfully, instead of just blasting each other for being idiots, as is all too common on the Internet. Good for you two!! (:

Lul, posted her name and phone number on multiple creepy forums. I like to take the low road most often...

TiVo. But what's the big deal with keeping the TV playing? Unless it's soooo distracting he can't multi-task.

I just don't like the tv on, I like to do it in the dark not when it's partially dark. I don't like when they can see me -.-

Show him that your show is better ;]~

Why do you have to turn the tv off to 'get started'? I would think stopping what you were doing to turn it off is more distracting than letting it stay on.
Judy69 0
Because I don't like it on. It's distracting

Multitasking at its finest

So, your show wasn't the preferred choice?
Furrywhiplash 14
I think her show was discontinued, and will no longer be played on his station.
perdix 31
She should bring in Ashton Kutcher, Sandy Duncan or Ted McGinley to punch up her show and regain his viewership.

In the end yes, he turned off the tv after all
stevenmx86 8
Why would he have to turn off the tv?

She's a controlling b*tch that's why
mrdumpalot31 0
I agree dude
Judy69 0
Because I don't like it on, it's distracting and I rather hear our noise than the tv!
Judy69 0
Not cool! I'm not controlling -.-

I can understand if its ESPN or Family Guy.Is that tv that big of a distraction? turn it down.

Um, I'd rather them have it off personally instead of down on a lower volume. The temptation's still there to watch the show, and by the sounds of it, this guy would be watching the (quieter) show. If you're in bed with a girl, give her some damn respect.
