Sting Manassas, United States

Today, there was a gigantic wasp in my room. It stupidly flew upwards and got hit by the rotating fan. It then immediately decided to take it's revenge by stinging me. FML

Wasps are assholes.

Wasps aren't sending their best They're sending crappy flyers, vengeful stingers, and some, I assume, might help pollinate our flowers

Wait, are you telling me that when you get hurt you're NOT supposed to punch the person nearest to you?..... Crap.

What are the purpose of wasps anyways?

apparently they help defend gardens and farms against flies , beetles (beetle eggs), and other insects. wasps: Nature's pesticide.

Where is the logic??

Maybe the wasp decided to sting you because you can't spell "its".

Ah, Spring is here.

Naturally it's your fault OP for having the fan going! The wasp knows this and thus took vengeance. YDI

Before all the thumbs down, I do believe this was sarcasm.

Wasps make me shudder. They are pure evil!

I'm pretty sure wasp was thinking "stupidly, huh? Who is stupid now?" Or something like this.

We usually get the kamikaze ones. BBQ or light a bonfire and those assholes fly into it. I have a phobia of them, so I'm fine as long as they aren't near me

If that were me, I would've had the best smashing object in hand and went to town. I might try and catch a honey bee to put it out, but I've been dive bombed by enough wasps just getting my lawn mower out of the shed to have any sympathy.
