Today, my two moms were telling some fairly obscene jokes about their sex life. When I told them to stop making such vulgar jokes, they turned to me and said, "What makes you think we were joking?" They then clarified that they were in fact being completely serious. FML

Op here, I appreciate the support and understanding from all of u! I'm so sorry that happened to u a lot #68. I laughed at some of the more perverted comments and their responses, and I appreciate that no one has made any homophobic remarks. My parents weren't being too graphic, but they were making a lot of inferences and putting on the moves. It was not fun. Keep up all the hilarious comments! I can't believe this got accepted!!! XD

And before homophobes intervenes, it doesn't matter what kind of family you have: hearing your parents talk about their sex life can be disturbing. Hard to imagine your parents not as innocent as you saw them. :p

Lesbi honest here, some conversations should stay in the bedroom...

Comment moderated for rule-breaking.
Just join the conversation and try to be serious.. Or talk to them that you're really uncomfortable with it.

Or you can just start cracking your own jokes about how their sex life is a joke.

Or just leave the room.

Youre projecting your feelings onto others.. For some it's no big deal..

Why do people feel like imposing the feeling that certain things is okay in others but hate when people get mad about that? I'm all for gay rights but why should I have to be? If someone doesn't like gay people, that's their decision and the gay rights community is typically the ones imposing on them. #equality?

That is what you make off it, and most likely is a gay couple but some also speak about their two moms as in: "mom and ... 1) mother-in-law 2) step-mom 3) adoptive mother". It could be either and to keep all options open is not homophobic. Or are you one of those overly correct persons here?

"Homophobe" is probably one of the most overused and annoying words these days.

#42 Somebody was just pointing out that it may not be a gay couple. You may be completly wrong and its not a gay couple at all. I can think of several combinations that could mean "two moms." Just because I can think of several other things that it could be doesn't mean I'm a homophobe or that I don't want it to be a gay couple. In all reality I don't care one way or another. Maybe since your the one who is so adamant that they are gay, you're the one who has the phobia. My mom and dad have been married for over 25 years. There was a teacher in high school that I grew close with and looked up to like a second mom. Years later she and I are still in touch. She and my mom became friends and sometimes I introduce them as my two moms. Doesn't mean they are gay.

Better that you can laugh at yourself about sex with your partner then finding out your partner laughs about afterwards behind your back

Did this happen to you?

Just tell them about your sex life. I'm sure they would love for you to return the favor.

I would say to ask them to stop talking about it around you, but you might get stuck in an endless circle of "Go ask your mother"

So what were they talking about exactly? Details!!

At least they have a good relationship after all these years and sexual interest in each other hasn't diminished...good for them!
