Today, my boyfriend got a new job. He'll be over the road for three weeks at a time, and home on the remaining week. Basically, I'll see him once a month. Guess which time of month it'll fall on. FML

It's brilliant, I have had mine for 2 years... although you still may get your period sometimes, and gain some serious weight, and be more of a bitch and lose your mojo and be paranoid that it's not working and you may secretly be pregnant because your not getting your period and go on a rampage and have random outbursts of anger and cry lots when the sun sets because it looks so beautiful and you feel fat and ugly and then cry more when you realise you cried at the sight of the sun set and then go on a tangent and think about what's for lunch even though you just had lunch.

Um, about 20% of women who have the implant style of contraception stop having periods at all while it's there. That's not stupid or disgusting. It's just a fact. And very convenient if you're in that lucky 20%.
