Today, I found out that the girl I've been talking to online and sending certain pictures to is actually my ex's new boyfriend. He ended up telling me he'd just wanted to see how he compared to me down below because my ex refused to go into detail about it. FML
Today, I agreed to meet my ex-girlfriend at our favorite restaurant with my hopes high. She just wanted me to meet her new boyfriend. FML
Today, I found out my ex-boyfriend, who I thought was finally out of my life for good, is now dating my new manager. FML
Today, I ran into an old friend of mine at the store. All was going fine, until she showed me her new fiancé. My now ex-boyfriend. FML
Today, I found out my boyfriend cheated on me with his dad's ex-girlfriend. FML
Today, I took my new girl out on a date after work. Ten minutes later, my ex-wife, her new boyfriend and my daughter showed up at the same restaurant and decided a double date would be fun. My ex lives an hour away. FML

Why the heck would you take your new boyfriend somewhere that has significant memories to your ex? Really. How would that even be explained "My ex and I used to ______________ over there, he __________ed me over there, we almost got caught there..."

I think some are being harsh to you. Understandable that you'd want to go back and resurrect those good feelings you once had; however, you're with someone new so try a new place and make a new spot for you two :)
