Today, it was my first day back at school. My social anxiety is so bad that I couldn't even raise my hand to use the bathroom because I didn't want people to look at me. FML

Today, it was my first day back to school after break. I wasn't feeling well, but I decided to go anyway. I threw up in the hallway and shit myself at the same time. I waited in the office for my dad to come and get me for almost an hour while wearing dirty underwear. FML
Today, my social anxiety is so bad that the mere thought of talking to anyone, even someone who isn't even real, makes me feel ill and uneasy. FML
Today, it's my first day of high school. It's also my first day of a three-day in-school suspension. The reason? I sat next to a girl and she immediately got up and told the teacher that she didn't "feel safe". FML
Today, it was my first day at my new high school. I put on a tiny bit of makeup, just some mascara, to feel more confident. I got in the car and my mom started yelling about how horrible my makeup is, basically calls me a slut for wearing it, and makes me take it off. I ended up crying in the bathroom on my first day. FML
Today, my social anxiety got so bad that I'm now afraid to add people on Facebook. FML
Today, I was late for class. I have extreme social anxiety, so I quietly slipped into the huge, packed auditorium, trying to be as quiet as possible. When I was almost to my seat, I accidentally kicked a teacher's coffee down the steps. The entire class looked at me and some clapped. FML
Today, the first day of school, I threw up on my teacher in the middle of class. FML
Today, I had to force myself to take a dump at school, even though I have severe restroom anxiety and shyness. I had finally relaxed enough to go when the tornado drills went off mid-dump, and 46 students and teachers packed into the bathroom with me. FML
Today, my brain is all messed up, and my stomach is churning at the thought of going to school, which starts from tomorrow. I was never like this before the lockdown at least. I liked going to school; now I despise it. My social life is now shit, and I have no idea if my mental health is alright. FML
Today, and for a long time, I've had a phobia of schools. I'm extremely stressed out about starting in a new school. Normal, right? Yes, except that I'm the teacher. FML

Show up fashionably late, wearing nothing but a G string and a burger king crown. You'll get over your social anxiety pretty quickly. And a week out of school from the suspension.

I have social anxiety too! I hate it when you arrive just even slightly late or need to walk into a different room and everyone turns to stare at you. What you've never seen a human opening a door before?

I do the same exact thing every time the first day of a new school year came around. In most of my classes, I would risk getting a failing grade over presenting in front of my class.

Took Prozac as a teen and it saved my life, my grades and my self esteem. Prozac rocked. I no longer take it, for my brain is now balanced especially since my hormones are leveled out. As soon as I hit menopause I'm going to go right back on it. A little help with your serotonin can make or break your life. It's a rather mild drug and nothing to be ashamed of.
