Today, I would like to thank the program designer that put "Set as home page" directly under "Remove from history". FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
FML brings solace
Today, I checked this site to find out that my previous submission had made it onto the main page. This has been the sole highlight in my life for the past month. FML
Today, my mom thought it would be a good idea to see what websites I go on from my computer while I wasn't home. She clicked the link that gave my computer a virus that I just got rid of a few days ago. FML
Today, I finished part of a project. When I asked my coworkers what they thought, they said they liked one of the few things that had already been implemented almost a year ago. Thanks for noticing. FML
Today, my friend sent me the link to this website with a message that said, "You'll feel at home." FML
Today, I realized that I give the computer screen a thumbs up whenever I see something cool. I work on computers in front of people all day. FML
Private stuff
Today, I was on the phone to my boss and I mentioned about finding what he needed in the search history. Later, my dad asked what a search history is. When I explained, he went red and asked me if I could maybe delete his without reading it. Jesus Christ, Dad, use private browsing. FML
Today, for the first time all month I felt truly proud and accomplished. I finally figured out how to change the toilet seat. FML
Well played
Today, while looking through my son's browser history, I found a Google search for "stop looking in my history u nosey cunt". I swore last week that I don't invade his privacy, so I can't even punish him for the bad language without looking like a lying bastard. FML
Today, I was trying to show my family a cool website. Unfortunately my porn instincts kicked in and I started typing the URL of my favorite porn site. I couldn't stop myself before it autocompleted. FML
Today, I received a list of employee names who were losing their jobs and I had to remove them from the system as I work for IT. I was on the list. That's right. My last responsibility as an employee was removing myself from the system for security reasons. FML

Hopefully mommy wasn't the next person on the computer...

Yeah that could be awkward if mommy saw what her little boy was doing. Haha.

You can always change your homepage.

He set **** as his homepage, and someone else saw it. That's what this is about.

It doesn't say it was ****. It could have been a ton of different things. Everyone's mind is in the gutter. It COULD have been ****, but it could also have been a web page of a Christmas gift, an ex's profile, inappropriate web convos..the list is endless.

Not sure if OP changed homepage to **** or deleted something from their history they didn't want to.

it's really not that hard to fix this. Google exists for a reason. This is literally a 30 second fix, and shouldn't be on FML.

you don't get the point of this fml. op was probably looking at **** on a family computer and meant to erased it from the history but accidentally hit "set as home page." how would you like your mom to see the **** on her homepage?

Doesn't seem like a big deal. You can open it back up....

Well now you know how to change it and remove it...two birds with one stone...

I'm guessing it wasn't google you set as a home page, eh?

As long as it wasn't Gay **** you'll be okay
jesuismelogee 16
So you're saying gay **** is more wrong than heterosexual ****? ANY **** that was set to homepage in this case would be embarrassing...regardless of sexual orientation.
