Today, I was driving with my parents while explaining that young people like myself are better drivers because we have better reflexes. My explanation was suddenly interrupted with the sound of me crashing the car against a parked car. FML

but much less experience

Hey girl your ink is sweet. what games do you play?

Why don't you redeem yourself instead of compaining you "****".

It's people like you that make it so young people who are actually very good at driving have to pay insane amounts to be insured. Thanks for that.

Experience + common sense > quick reflexes. If you react quickly but do the wrong thing, you are a nuisance at best. The fact that you can't talk and drive at the same time indicates you don't have enough focus to operate heavy machinery. Stick to bicycling, young one.

I'm pretty sure that OP would still hit something (or get hit himself) while on a bike. I bike everywhere (despite a lot of asshole drivers), and I've yet to get hit or hit anything.

True enough, AME, but at least on a bicycle, OP would be less likely to kill someone. I miss being able to bike places. Urban sprawl and too much cargo means I can only drive my bicycle for pleasure.

I agree. Just because op has better reflexes does not mean he/she(I didn't see the gender) is a better driver. Experience and common sense definitely mean more. Op deserves it for gloating.

Failure is inevitable. But not in this situation. If you had stopped gloating and kept your eyes on the damn road you wouldn't have hit a PARKED car.

Dumbass. Get off the road.

Actually, statistically young people (teens and other new drivers) get into more accidents and receive more moving violations (speeding, reckless driving) than all other age groups, which is why your insurance is astronomical. Not to mention most teens' pompous attitudes get them into enough trouble

I was thinking the same thing..

all this shit about excuses, yea gtfo. it's probably a woman.

hmmm... wow. No I've been thinking and that couldn't have been more sexist.
