Today, I regret asking my neighbor to turn down his music last night. When I left for work, I found his car parked so close to mine that I couldn't squeeze between them. His wife's was parked the same way on the other side. They wouldn't answer their door and I ended up being late to work. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Neighbors from hell
Today, after a few months of my neighbor's friend parking outside his house and honking until he came outside, I happened to be out doing lawn work. I politely screamed, "STOP HONKING YOUR F***ING HORN!" To which they responded by moving in front of MY house and holding down their horn. I hate people. FML
Boom boom boom
Today, I finally had some alone time to relax and watch a movie. As soon as I pressed play, my neighbor started blasting their music so loud I could feel the bass in my chest. I tried calling the landlord, but they didn't answer. I ended up watching the movie with subtitles while listening to my neighbor's music. FML
Today, I tried to back my car into my parking space while some of my neighbors were out by their cars. I accidentally rammed into the retaining wall behind my spot. I was hoping the neighbors didn't notice the huge crunching sound, but they did. FML
Introductions
Today, I met my new neighbors when they backed into my parked car. FML
Today, some new people moved into the house next door to mine. The previous occupants were very loud and obnoxious day in and day out, so I was looking forward to some sanity. When I went outside, I noticed they'd parked their cars on my lawn. FML
Car Wars
Today, I came outside to leave for work. To my shock and horror my car was gone. My asshole neighbor, who has parked in my spot multiple times decided to let her noisy guests park in my parking spot, so I parked in hers. She had my car towed. FML
Hammerhead
Today, we have an asshole neighbor who owns a loud muscle car. Another neighbor called the cops on him for constantly revving the engine and breaking the noise ordinance. He now purposefully drives by their house at odd hours of the night to blare his horn and wake everybody up. I live across the road from them. FML
Today, I found out my neighbor ordered parking tickets for everyone on the block. My car was 4 inches into his driveway, but not obstructing his exit in any way. That didn't stop him from calling in, on a Sunday, at 8 AM, an 88 dollar ticket. He also left a note "Your parking sucks, love, Greg." FML
Today, my new neighbors moved in across the street. Also today, they began to park at the end of my driveway. Not used to a car being there, I backed out and promptly hit it. Welcome to the neighborhood. FML
Today, I heard my neighbors having a violent argument in their front yard. I listened in, and soon found out why the wife wasn't happy with her husband. Apparently, she had caught her husband peeking through my windows for the second time this month. FML

Not only are they assholes but they're also probably breaking the law. I know in the UK at least it's illegal to totally block someone in unless you have permission

If I were OP I'd call a tow truck, but I'm not known for my maturity.

#55, after knocking a bunch like she did and them ignoring me on purpose to be dicks, a tow truck sounds pretty damn mature considering what I would've done..

#87 I agree. I most likely would've punctured 3 tyres on each car. (All 4 can be claimed with insurance, 3 can't)
hellopastashell 6
#98 Don't spread that information, because it's wrong. If the cost for 3 tires is over the amount of the deductible, the insurance will pay for the amount over the deductible. It does NOT matter how many tires are punctured.

Call the police and have them towed. Then laugh at them.

How childish. Some people just need to learn the hard way, that you can't get your way all the time. Adult children..

That's probably what the neighbors are thinking too though.

maybe, but blocking the carport is not the way to go

Asking someone to turn down their music is actually very polite(as long as you obviously weren't rude). Op is fully within rights to not want to hear loud music from the neighbors, if it was loud enough they could have made a complaint.

It's nice that the neighbours went over and asked as oppose to just calling cops. Because they're within their rights to do that too.

I have a psychotic neighbor, and crap like this is exactly why I don't get involved directly with her. I let the cops and my apt. complex management handle it, because the potential for payback's not worth it. Not that you deserved it at all, but next time just call the cops and let them deal with it.

Passive aggressive *****. Sorry for your luck OP.
