Today, I have what is probably a cold sore on my upper lip. I also have a mustache, which keeps rubbing against it. Because of this, no matter what I do, it stings. The next few days are fixing to be very, very long and miserable. FML
Today, on this edition of me getting pimples in painful or uncomfortable places, I got a huge one on the side of my neck. I never thought that simply turning my head would be such a horrendously painful task. Also, the afflicted area of my neck suddenly itches like crazy. FML
Today, I've got so many pimples in my face, I could actually fill a bucket with my own pus. I'm 25. FML
Today, I got a hand cramp from popping zits on my face. FML
Today, I have a massive pimple right next to my eye. I can't even blink without hurting myself. There's also one on my thigh, so I can't move or sit down without hurting myself. And there's one below my armpit, so I can't move my arms without hurting myself. All I can say is, "Why me?" FML
Today, in marching band, the guy in front of me backed up too far. As we turned, the back of his trombone hit mine, smashing it into my lip. I had to finish the song, all while sending blood down my horn. FML
Today, I had to leave class early due to a profusely bleeding pimple on my forehead. FML
Today, my acne reached a new low. Literally. I'm now getting bright red pimples on my penis. FML
Today, I discovered that just because I got my braces removed does not mean my painful mouth ulcers will stop. I now have them under my tongue. I can't even lick my lips. FML
Today, I have a zit on the edge of my nostril, along with severe allergies. I can no longer tell if my tears are from pain or hay fever. FML

Tooth paste (not the gel kind) will help dry them out. I know it's too late now, but for future reference. Just apply at night and wash off in the Am. If that is too strong smelling make a paste of baking soda and water, it works the same way.

Sometimes peroxide or antibiotic ointment can help as well. Also, sanitize your mouthpiece every time! And wipe your mouth down with an astringent after every concert/practice, it stops junk from building up and making zits. I would know, I was an acne prone trumpet player.

Actually you should NEVER use toothpaste on pimples as it irritates your skin even more and thus, only makes it worse.

I used to use toothpaste as well for my zits and it worked fairly well despite leaving dry spots. But my mom's coworker also did this and woke up one morning with a bloody hole where the toothpaste was. So I'm a little paranoid about the whole toothpaste method now.
