Today, I got back to my apartment from being away for the past week on Spring break. I found the locks on my apartment changed and all my things on the curb, many of them broken or stolen. I ran to the leasing office to see what had happened. Turns out it was an accounting error on their part. FML

sue!!!

well i'm sure either you/they have insurance, and you can always take them to court, esp. to sue them for not only material but also "emotional" damages.

I agree with mostly everyone who commented, sue them for what they did to you!!!

You can SUE, get ur stuff payed for... plus sue for more than the objects were worth in there was anything of sentimental value in there. Also, they need to give you like a months notice, they cnt just DUMP your stuff on the curf!!!

remeber that 24 carrot gold ring with all those diamonds. I'm sure they will.

Unacceptable..
