Today, I gave a homeless man my last bit of spare change so he could get on the bus. Just as I was about to get on too, I realized I'd lost my bus card. I had to get off the bus and watch as the man waved at me through the window. FML

no good deed goes unpunished

Hey at least you made someone's day happy. But that's good of you, most people are assholes and just ignore the homeless. But at least he waved at you that's a positive.

You've got quite a way with words.

And you don't.

To be robbed after being good is disturbing You get that? Disturbbbing.. I remember a time when i thought most people were good and now i often see the selfish nature... It's sad.. There was a time when i thought people were good so i didnt expect anything bad from anyone.. And i like that so much more than how i see people now. I remember one time when i was tricked and i fought back and got back what was mine but... It's just not the same anymore.. I was tricked cuz i thought people werent so bad.. It's effing sad

#106, did "they" try to steal your ellipses?

...And this is why you never give anything to a homeless person.

It's not the homeless mans fault he lost his bus card...what a horrible attitude you have

That's the first thought that popped in my mind.

I'm all for being nice to others but don't put their needs before your own

He didn't know he'd lost his card and need the change until AFTER he helped the homeless dude.

At least you did a good deed. :)
