Today, I found out my whole family has been mistakenly using the same toothbrush for over a month. FML
Today, I changed my toothbrush because the bristles were wearing down. My brother later asked me why I changed his toothbrush. Apparently we've been sharing the same one for the past several weeks. FML
Today, while I was brushing my teeth, my 5 year old-son walked into the bathroom. He gave me a mean look and said, "That's Sammy's toothbrush, not yours." I've been brushing my teeth with the dog's toothbrush for two months now. FML
Today, I found out my sister scratches her butt with my toothbrush every time she is mad with me. FML
Today, my family got into a massive argument about whether or not battery-operated toothbrushes are considered electric toothbrushes. Everyone is in their own room and refuses to talk to each other. FML
Today, I found out that my little brother has been rubbing my toothbrush in dog shit for the last month because I accidentally broke one of his toys. FML
Today, I learned that when I leave skid marks in the toilet my wife uses my toothbrush to remove them. FML
Today, I stayed over at my grandparents' house. I woke up and had to brush my teeth. My grandma asked if I had found a toothbrush to use. I told her that I used my old purple toothbrush. She told me that was the toothbrush she used to brush her toenails. FML
Today, my mom realized we have been sharing tooth brushes because they are similar colors. I told her it doesn't really matter since we're mother and daughter. She responded by saying that she loves me, but she has no idea where my mouth has been, and she doesn't want my diseases. Thanks mom. FML
Today, I found out I'm the only one in my family to wash their hands after they use the bathroom. FML

Actually, 3, it does happen. My dad once used my toothbrush and I didn't know until I'd already started brushing. FML Now I make sure my toothbrush looks COMPLETELY different from everyone's. *shudder*

I used to be friends with this girl whose family had a cup of community toothbrushes. Yuck. One time I forgot my toothbrush and she couldn't believe I would rather not brush my teeth than use one of the (old, frazzled, disgusting) toothbrushes in the community cup. ::Shudder::

it isnt spread through saliva but when you brush your gums can bleed, then same happens to the other three people. this can transmit the disease and is not sanitary at all.
