Today, my prom dress finally arrived. My prom was yesterday. FML
Today, I went to pick up my wedding dress from the seamstress, only to find out that my fiancé called two weeks ago to say I wanted the dress "tie-dyed to match our new theme." She believed him. Our wedding is tomorrow. FML
Today, I finally got the wedding dress I've been waiting months to see. It turns out that my mom ordered the dress 2 sizes smaller than my size, this way it will be "an incentive to lose weight". FML
Today, my maid of honor, who offered to take care of my wedding dress before the D-Day, left it near her open window during heavy rain. My dress is now ruined, and she's backed out due to stress. I'm supposed to be getting married tomorrow. FML
Today, it is my wedding day. I couldn't find my very expensive wedding dress anywhere. After almost 2 hours of panic and chaos, I found it in my pool, covered in red paint, with a note on one of my lounge chairs reading, "Today is MY wedding day, bitch." FML
Today, my former fiancée, who I stopped seeing 5 months ago, married another guy. She wore the dress that I'd purchased for our would-be wedding. FML
Today my fiancé broke up with me. Two hours later, the store I bought my wedding dress from called to say it’s ready to be picked up. FML
Today, I stretched out my wedding dress on my bed so it could air out before the big day tomorrow. Later I returned to my room only to find my cat on my wedding dress, it peed on it. FML
Today, I bought my wedding dress and sat it on the bed while I went to buy matching shoes. When I came home, I saw my soon to be husband on the bed sitting next to my wedding dress. Turns out he spilt Coca-Cola on the dress and was trying to get it out with carpet cleanser. FML
Today, I found out that the company I sent my wedding dress to caught fire and lost everything in their building. I was going to be the fourth generation woman in my family to wear it. FML

I don't have a problem with divorce because sometimes it's very necessary(i.e. cheating or abuse), but I do think that some people are too quick to jump straight into divorce, and marriage sometimes, whenever they hit a problem. In some cases their problems are fixable if they simply communicate. Plus, divorce is a horrible thing to not only go through yourself, but also to put your children through. It's just a sad situation.

So true, #17. I know someone that's been married three times, divorced twice and is in the middle of divorce #3. All three relationships she was married within a year. I know another girl that's married twice and both within six months of the relationship starting!

I do agree, but marriages don't work out by the same rules each time. A couple I know married after being together for 2 months and their marriage has so far lasted for 23 years. I'm also sure there are people who date for years and think they truly know eachother, but end up getting divorced after a year or two. OP may not have "rushed into it".
